By installing or using ProfitVane (the "App"), operated by Vertex AI Holdings LLC, you agree to these terms.
The App provides profit and retention analytics for Shopify stores. Figures shown (including profit, margin, fees, and LTV) are estimates based on data from your store and assumptions you configure. They are provided for informational purposes and do not constitute financial, tax, or accounting advice.
Subscription fees are billed through Shopify's billing system on your Shopify invoice. Trials, upgrades, downgrades, and cancellation are handled through Shopify. Cancel anytime by uninstalling the App; charges stop per Shopify's billing rules.
You may not attempt to reverse engineer, resell, or abuse the App or use it in violation of Shopify's terms or applicable law.
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vertex AI Holdings LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms. You may terminate at any time by uninstalling the App.
We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
